UK SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
We offer reliable, fully tracked delivery across the United Kingdom via different shipping methods. - Standard Tracked Delivery (2–3 Working Days): Free Shipping. - Express Tracked Delivery (1–2 Working Days): £5.95. (Currently unavailable)
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). Once your parcel has been packaged and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your postage tracking link.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Because our team begins processing orders immediately, address updates can only be made if requested prior to dispatch. Luna & Line cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
MISSING OR DELAYED PARCELS
While delays with delivery couriers are rare, they can occasionally happen during peak seasonal periods. If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of receiving your dispatch email, please check your tracking link first or contact us at support@luna-and-line.com. A parcel is officially classed as lost by postage companies after 10 working days from the estimated delivery date. If your order is confirmed lost, we will immediately send a replacement or issue a full refund.
