WHAT IS COVERED?
For 12 months from the date of purchase, our warranty covers: - Excessive fading or tarnishing of the gold PVD plating. - Manufacturing defects in clasps, chains, or structural components.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Our warranty is designed to protect against quality defects, but does not cover: - General wear and tear (e.g., surface scratches, dents, or accidental snags). - Physical damage caused by improper handling, accidental breakage, or neglect. - Loss, theft, or unauthorized modifications/repairs made by third parties. - Loss of gemstones or crystals caused by physical impact.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM?
Making a warranty claim is quick and easy: - Locate your Order Number (written on your physical warranty card or order confirmation email). - Take a clear, well-lit photo or video showing the defect or tarnishing. - Email our support team at support@luna-and-line.com with your Order Number and photos. If your claim is approved, we will gladly send you an exact replacement for the affected item free of charge. If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we will provide store credit equal to the original purchase price.
